Where Neuroscience Meets Natural Healing

At Navira, we practice Restorative Neurology — redefining what’s possible in the treatment of neurological conditions and pain.

We use the Exomind™ system — the most advanced magnetic stimulation technology available — to deliver Therapeutic Neurostimulation (TNS) treatments designed by neurologist Dr. Robert Myers to restore nervous system function when conventional care falls short.

To enhance the brain-body connection, we often pair TNS with precision osteopathic manual therapy (OMT) — restoring musculoskeletal balance and enhancing the body’s innate ability to heal.

It’s drug-free, personalized, and remarkably effective care — even when conventional therapies fail.

Note:  Exomind TMS is FDA-cleared for treatment-resistant depression, other applications are considered off label and are not FDA-cleared.

About Navira

Our Mission

At Navira, our mission is to restore function and quality of life by helping the nervous system heal itself through advanced, drug-free care.

We are committed to truly understanding each patient — their story, challenges, and goals — through calm, unhurried visits that allow us to deliver care that is deeply personalized and results-driven.

Why Choose Us?

At Navira, we do more than manage symptoms — we help your nervous system recover. Our care is built around advanced, drug-free therapies that deliver real results when conventional treatments fall short.

  • Neurologist-Designed Treatments — Every protocol is grounded in clinical neuroscience and tailored to your unique needs.

  • Exomind™ — The most advanced magnetic stimulation system, designed to restore function with precision.

  • Integrated Hands-On Therapy — when indicated, we pair state of the art brain or spinal magnetic stimulation with osteopathic manual therapy (OMT) to reconnect body and mind.

  • Personalized, Calm, Physician-Led Care — No rushed visits. No one-size-fits-all plans. Just science-based care — designed for you.

  • Drug-Free & Noninvasive — For those who can’t tolerate medication, or simply want something better.

Personalized. Measured. Thoughtful Care.

Initial 60min TNS Consultation  $300

This calm, unrushed session allows Dr Myers the time to understand your story, symptoms, and goals before working with you to determine which treatment — Therapeutic Neurostimulation (TNS), Osteopathic Manual Therapy (OMT), or both — is the best fit for you.

If TNS is indicated, your first session is complimentary at the time of consultation, so you can experience the benefits before committing to a treatment plan. This includes time-intensive neuroanatomic mapping to precisely target the treatment to your unique nervous system — allowing for more effective, personalized results from the very start.

Consultation credit:

If you choose to proceed with your personalized TNS program at the time of your visit, your $300 consultation fee will be applied toward your package total — making it easier to take the next step with clarity and confidence.

Personalized from the Start

Every TNS plan at Navira is built around you — your condition, your nervous system, and your goals. Dr. Myers designs each protocol based on clinical findings and how your system responds in real time.

How Many Treatment Sessions Will I Need?

  • Some patients experience meaningful improvement in just one to three sessions, especially for less complex issues.

  • For chronic or neurologically complex conditions, we often recommend 6 or more sessions to support deeper, lasting change.

  • From some complex refractory conditions       10–15 sessions may be needed, often followed by occasional maintenance to sustain gains.

Designed to Evolve With You

There’s no one-size-fits-all protocol. As your system responds, we adjust your treatment plan accordingly — ensuring each session continues to move you forward.

Safety Information

Common, Mild, and Temporary Side Effects

Who Should Not Receive TMS Treatment

Most people tolerate TMS well. The most common side effects are mild scalp discomfort, muscle twitching during treatment, or a temporary headache — which usually improve quickly.

Rare but Serious Risks

Serious side effects like seizures are extremely rare — less than 1 in 1,000 treatments — and your eligibility and safety are carefully reviewed by our medical team before treatment begins.

TMS is safe for most people, but there are certain conditions and medical devices that make it unsafe.
Please review the categories below before booking your consultation.
Your safety will be reviewed again by Dr. Myers at your initial visit.

Certain Implanted Devices & Metal Metallic implants in the head (excluding dental work) Electronic medical devices such as pacemakers, vagus nerve stimulators, cochlear implants, or insulin pumps Aneurysm clips, brain stents, or coils Metal fragments or hardware near the eyes, neck, or spine (e.g., shrapnel, screws) Metallic tattoos or permanent eyeliner

Certain Neurologic Conditions History of seizures or epilepsy (including febrile or psychogenic seizures) Prior neurosurgery or significant brain injury may be a contraindication, this is reviewed on a case by case basis. Current or past diagnosis of a brain tumor TMS is not recommended for individuals with neurodegenerative diseases involving advanced cognitive impairment, severe motor instability, or respiratory compromise. These include, but are not limited to, ALS, frontotemporal dementia, and severe Alzheimer’s disease. Patients with milder forms of Parkinson’s disease, MS, or early Alzheimer’s may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Certain Mental Health Conditions Diagnosis of bipolar disorder (Type I or II) Any history of mania or hypomania Schizophrenia or psychotic disorders Severe dissociative or personality disorders with recent self-harm

Active Suicidal Ideation & Substance Use Active suicidal thoughts or suicide attempt within the past 30 days Current use of alcohol or drugs (including cannabis, opioids, or stimulants) Recent withdrawal from alcohol or drugs

Certain Medical Conditions Heart conditions such as arrhythmia, recent heart attack, or cardiac instability Stroke within the past 3 months Uncontrolled high blood pressure Severe lung, liver, or kidney disease Pregnancy or plans for pregnancy during treatment

Use of Medication That May Increase Seizure Risk High-dose bupropion (e.g., Wellbutrin > 300 mg/day) Clozapine, tramadol, amphetamines, or lithium

Note:
If any of the above apply to you, TMS may not be the safest fit right now.
If you have a specific safety question about metal implants, medications, or medical history, please email our clinical team at care@naviramed.com
